I am a highly experienced, qualified Administrator, with strong computer skills. I have a very proactive, efficient and productive approach to my work. I pride myself on being extremely loyal, as well as an exceptional timekeeper.
I am hard working and can be relied upon to consistently produce a high level of work. I can work independently on my own initiative and demonstrate good interpersonal ability when working as part of a team.

Relevant experience
My office and administration experience is quite extensive as I have held these tyre of positions since leaving school at 17.
I have been riding since the age of 9, being taught at my local riding stables. At the age of 18 we purchased our first horse that was to be shared between myself & my sister. Due to a difference in skill I then purchased my own horse at the age of 21, he is still going strong although winding down to retirement.
Current role - description
Group Warranty Administrator – part time, Hildenborough Volvo, Kent
• Processing and management of all Warranty claims for the franchise group, covering three different branches across Kent and East Sussex.
• Liaising with Workshop Technicians and ensuring all required work and documents are handled correctly.
• Updating and cleansing internal customer database for the franchise group.
• Letter writing and correspondence management for the franchise group
• Weekly Warranty Claim Status Reports for the franchise group
• Invoicing and finance
• Assisting Group Aftersales Manager
