ADMINISTRATOR / INSTRUCTOR

Working in one of the top state boarding schools in the country, patroned by her Majesty the Queen. My role includes day to day management of an extremely busy equestrian centre. I am the administrator of the centre which includes: management of horses and relevant documents, updating stock information for auditors, health and safety regulations for the yard, students and lessons, risk assessments, invoices/receipts for horse sales, dealing with a high load of emails daily, communication with parents and visitors, organising student events/competitions (booking transport, documents for pupil trips), organising and running centre events (BHS, NSEA, BSJA), organising and running charity and fund raising events, organising and management as a Pony Club centre, produce reports for local press. The above is inclusive but not exhaustive of.

Senior instructor teaching pupils from the age of 7 to 19, complete beginners to advanced in all types of lessons. Coaching and training students to compete in NSEA competitions at a very high standard. Running frequent Riding Clinics. BHS exam training with successful students, Riding and Road Safety training for pupils.
Buying and selling horses.
