A highly motivated and hardworking show jumping groom with experience grooming to the FEI 3* level. I have a strong attention to detail and am able to braid/plait, clip, bandage, lunge all to a high standard. I am currently a student at Georgian College in Barrie, Ontario and am looking for summer employment in Europe, hoping to experience a new side of the horse world.

As the barn manager at Triple C Stables, I was responsible for the day-to-day care and competition management of 16-24 horses. As such, I was highly involved in client relations and preparing the horses for competition and sales trials. In addition to client horses (short-stirrup to 1.40m), I was also responsible for the care of the FEI horses competing up to the 3* level on the Canadian show circuit. Many of these horses competed at the Royal Agricultural Winter Fair and the North American Youth Championships.

Groom responsible for the care of eight horses and farm maintenance. With a focus on general cleanliness, I was responsible for the day to day needs of the horses as well as first aid when necessary. In addition to caring for the horses, I was responsible for harrowing the arenas and doing farm improvements such as painting jumps and basic fence repairs.
