CV Headline
My name is Rachel Payne, 25 years old and have 2 years on hand experience in the dairy industry.
I am a 2017 graduate of Harper Adams University graduating with a 2:1 in BSc Animal Behaviour and Welfare as well as a FdSc in Animal Management and Welfare. Working with horses was my first passion and what was essentially my gateway into working with animals full time and I've never looked back, working from riding school horses to fit eventers.
I am very quick to learn new skills, intelligent, considerate and eager to please. I am constantly striving to keep busy, reading equine veterinary manuals and looking towards getting my first horse of my own.
The farm was 1400 head strong milking 650 twice a day and all year round calving. I was more concerned with the fresh calves and young stock side of things, but I was used to help in all aspects of the farm.
