Trent Part park is a large riding school based in North London. My duties are:
● Teaching up to eight horse riding lessons a day.
● Teaching customers ranging in all ages, abilities and levels.
● I teach both groups of up to 6 people and private lessons
● I absolutely love teaching and helping people achieve their goals in their lessons. The client's progression is extremely
important to me.
● I teach physical and theoretical lessons throughout the day (riding lessons and stable management lessons).

South Medburn is a livery and riding school stables based in Hertfordshire. My roles included but were not limited to:
● Caring for livery horses including all yard duties to a high standard.
● Riding and training client’s horses.
● Teaching private and group lessons of all ages and abilities.
● Grooming at competitions
● Riding in dressage and show jumping competitions
● Organising all 60 of the horses feeding schedules.
● Organising the client’s lessons.

Al Forsan is a Sports Resort based in Abu Dhabi. My duties included but were not limited to:
● Teaching lessons of up to 8 in a group of all abilities and all ages.
● Teaching private lessons.
● Riding and training the riding school and competition horses.
● Organising pony camps for children during the school holidays. Planning and organisation for the camps would be used using
Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
● Organising clinics for clients.

● Giving weekly staff lectures and training to all the grooms looking after the horses (up to 20 people in a session)

Current role - description
Breeder Accounts Executive November 2022 - Present
Paws in Work, Chiswick, W4 5PY
Paws in Work is a Puppy Therapy company delivering Puppy Therapy events to corporate offices all across London and surrounding areas. I am the Breeder Accounts assistant for Paws in Work. My duties include but are not limited to:
● Organising the monthly schedule to which Breeders puppies will be going to which event using Monday.com
● Making sure all forms are signed and filed using Docusign.
● Dropping off and picking up puppies from clients homes using the work van.
● Updating and helping with our Licence procedures and the renewal.
● Recruiting Breeders onboard to our company. This involves having an initial video call using Google Meets, Teams or Zoom. Then driving to their house to make sure they fulfil our License and Insurance criteria to work with us.
● Being in charge of the puppies safety, wellbeing and welfare throughout the day at events.
● Communicating effectively and resolving all queries with new and existing clients over Google email and on the phone using
primarily WhatsApp Business.
● I make sure that service is delivered to the highest standard for our clients and make sure that both puppies and clients are
happy at all times.
● I help set up and pack down the setup for the events.
● I organise the travel arrangements for the puppies.
● I am proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
● Helping in sessions - sitting in with attendees, making sure puppies and attendees are happy and safe, making sure
attendees are sticking to our safety briefing and talking with them, making them feel comfortable within their session.
● Making sure our work vans are always stocked and replenished with supplies for events.
● Helping to train new members of staff up.
● Liaising and building up relationships with external companies who want to work with us.
