Relevant experience
I have been working with horses for most of my life. Recently in the last four years I have been driving on C+E license and gaining a lot of experience with large vehicles. I have travelled horses during this time and more than capable of getting into tricky locations and down country lanes.
I have been around a variety of horses from happy hackers to grand prix dressage divas that want to stand on you when a blade of grass looks at them wrong. Very comfortable around fit competition horses, stallions and youngstock. Spent a lot of time backing and starting youngsters, so although not looking for ride work I am more than helpful on the ground and keep my riders safe when first getting on.
Managed small dressage yard and large livery and showjumping yard which ran as two seperate entities with 5 other staff. Duties included day to day running of liveries and international showjumpers including getting horses tacked and ready for riding, regular clipping, vet/farrier/dentist visits. Packing the box for competitions, general farm maintenance - fencing - mowing - harrowing school - painting etc.
Whilst working freelance have also spent time with western, polo, eventing, riding school, hunters and stud
