I have been around horses most of my life, I am currently helping out on a small private yard where I keep my horse. I am very fit and carry out most duties by myself.
At present I do duties that a stable manager would carry out. I have no equine qualifications at all, although I do use my own initiative can work well on my own as well as part of a team, excellent communication skills with a good sense of humour!!
I can ride to a fairly good basic level. but very, very keen to learn all aspects of equine management and have the necessary get up and go for the very early mornings and late nights if required of me!!!
if my prospective employer would require me to get qualifications whilst learning on the job then I would be more than willing to do so!!
