Enthusiastic and experienced, looking to expand my knowledge and gain qualifications

I have previous experience working in riding schools and on dressage and show jumping yards. My first job after I graduated was as a yard assistant at a therapeutic yard where I soon was promoted to yard manager. I have been the manager there for a year now and am looking to further my experience, riding skills and teaching qualifications.

I currently manage a small therapeutic riding school in Basingstoke. I am in charge of 6 horses and ponies of varying sizes managing diets, workload, training. I also manage 5 members of staff. I am in charge of the daily running of the yard, ordering supplies, liaising with vets/ farriers etc. maintaining a worming program. Running sessions, teaching clients and training staff. Keeping records of client sessions, payments, cash intake and reporting to the owner weekly to discuss the business.
