Showjump rider / Groom / producer
Experienced showjumping rider competing through the young age classes upto 1.40m all on home produced horses. Competed at hoys, hickstead ect. Good flatwork and groundwork, enjoy producing young horses and ride a wide verity of horses.
Excellent standards on the yard, very tidy and organised person, clip, plait trim and turn horses out for sales.
BHS stage 1 to 4, good equine first aid knowledge and have experience teaching.
Relevant experience
Worked on a full livery yard while producing horses at home, sole charge of 25 horses, stables, turning out / bringing in, feed, farriers, vets and riding.
Moved on to be based in Germany for two years producing young competition horses, riding only job, showjumping, dressage and breaking.
Spent the last 6 months on a dealing yard riding around 12 young Irish horses a day, showing horses to clients, clipping, plaiting, yard work, hunting, xc, showjumping.
Current role - description
Rider first dealing yard, mostly hunters and eventers, 3 to 6 year old horses. Clipping, plaiting, showing horses to clients, feeding, hacking, fitness work, lunging, sole charge, competing.
