Groom/ Rider

I have been riding since I was 9 years old.
In the past I have taken part in showing in hand, ridden showing and some jumping.
I currently help my step mother with her horses and I mainly hack out in the open country side and do some schooling, this is with two large dutch warm bloods. I help out regularly with turn out, bring in, mucking out and feeding and occasionally will ride other horses for people on the yard.
I have also been fortunate to help the yard owner with improvements on the livery yard and have also helped during hay making.
I am aware that I may lack experience in some fields but I'm extremely keen to improve my knowledge of horse care, my riding and my overall experience around working horses.
I am very keen to work towards the relevant qualifications to allow me to follow my dream.

I currently work in a non horse role and my only experience to date is listed above.
