Excellent turnout skills for different disciplines, plaiting, clipping, pulling, the use of studs, bandaging for cross country, experienced with various bridles, saddles and boots.
Proficient in competition horse aftercare: the use of ice/whirlpool boots, spa treatments, magnetic products, cooling down and when to keep muscles warm.
Have worked directly as assistant to equine Veterinary Surgeons, for many years, confident in dealing with injuries, wounds and rehabilitation plans.
Able to successfully supervise and organize staff with excellent communication skills, professional conduct around clients, and veterinary consults etc.
Confident multitasker, dealing with the daily routine, well versed in FEI administration including use of medications and export requirements.
Happy to work sole charge or within a team.
Confident truck/trailer, 3.5 tonne horsebox and tractor driver.
Experienced, practical grassland management of studs up to 150 acres.
