Current role - description

Currently working in a bar and at a Pony Trekking centre. At the centre, will handle many different horses, sometimes riding out on treks. Mainly walking and caring for ponies. Dealing with customers and often nervous or scared children. Keeping calm to ensure a pleasant customer experience.
