Resourceful and accomplished with excellent customer care skills. Key strengths are to motivate, encourage, support and lead people through normal and often pressured environments to achieve their goal. With several years experience in finances, organisation and management in both small and large businesses, I have good business sense, experience in organisation and team management, with strong interpersonal skills, (based on NLP), I am an innovative thinker, with good communication skills at all levels and a competent common sense approach to issues. Horses have been in my life since the age of 4 and I now breed dressage horses

Secretarial training followed by various PA roles leading up to sales training, customer services experience and senior management roles.
I owned and managed a large country house with 19 acres of grass and woodland with horses and later managed 5 sports horse brood mares and foals on behalf of their owner.
I have owned ponies as a child, an ex-racehorse and then a pure-bred Arab. I have competed in Endurance competitions and am an avid follower of dressage. I have received training at medium level on a horse belonging to a friend but not in competition.

I am currently looking for a new assignment following the untimely death of my daughter from Motor Neurone Disease
