Relevant experience

I've been riding since I was 8 years old, completed Fauresmith (201km over 3 days) at the age of 12. I was one of only 12 child riders to have made it out of the 65 that entered. Since then it has been my passion to work with horses and people.
I've completed Senior Horse Master at Mooikrans Equus.
To date I've covered over 2000km in endurance and trail rides.

Current role - description

As a personal trainer my hours are flexible and therefor I also work at our family's stables, the Lazy S where we work with green and misunderstood horses. We do a lot of desensitising and I believe that is one of the main reasons why we have 'bomb proof' horses.
I am also in charge of wound care and distributing medications.
Overseeing the care of 9 horses and to assist riders on treks from beginner to advanced level.
Provide horsebox training to horse and owner.
