JOB SUMMARY

• To work closely with Senior Instructors (HC) to help improving the standard of riders.

• To ensure the smooth operation of the RTTC stable in Huangcun (HC) by organizing daily activities to meet the operational needs of the training programme. Develop effective stable management plan to maintain highest standard of horsemanship and horse care at the stable.

• Manage delivery of HC training of racing trainees, mainland work-rider, stable assistant - ensure reaching of HKJC required standard of competency.

MAJOR TASKS

1.Training Program in China

2.RTTC stable

3. Train the Trainer

4. Undertaking other duties assigned by Executive Manager, RTTC/Headmistress. AJS.

QUALIFICATIONS /EXPERIENCE

• At least 10 years' experience at managerial grade in racing stable and with teaching experience. Ex- jockey in high level racing competitions.

• Knowledge in equine subjects.

• Knowledge in Horse Racing/Equestrian.

• Fluency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua is an advantage.

• Knowledge of Student and their Development

• Plans and Designs Appropriate Learning Experiences

• Develops Professional Practice
