1042. Equestrian Centre Operator

ISO: Rose Hill located in Bluffton, South Carolina is seeking an Equestrian Center Operator... an equine professional to lease, operate, and maintain the Center while running their equestrian program out of Rose Hill. 

The ideal candidate will share our vision of this special place — welcoming all residents as either current or potential customers of the Center’s offerings, including but not limited to lessons, horse leasing, boarding, equine consultation, and community events. With the health and safety of the Center’s customers and horses as a top priority, every effort should be made to integrate the Center and its staff into the community as resources, neighbors, and friends, providing ready access to the Center’s expertise and service offerings for people of all skill levels, ages, and disciplines. 

The ideal candidate will act as Rose Hill’s equestrian ambassador, developing ways to grow relationships with residents and increase resident engagement, while also providing a welcoming atmosphere and excellent horse care for non-resident boarders.
