1054. Trainer/ Rider / Barn Manager – SJ Yard

We are looking for a long term, professional and experienced Barn Manager to live onsite at a private equestrian property in California. The right candidate will have excellent horsemanship and proven ability to teach and school the horses up to 1m 30. Must be a very detail oriented, good communicator, and work well within a small team. Owner lives on-site and will travel seasonally with the horses to the East Coast; Barn Manager will be provided with housing onsite in both locations.

Accommodation is an updated private guest house onsite. Hours will be approx 8 hours a day, 5 days per week, with breaks. Salary dependent on experience.
