1053. Groom – Private Family

A live in or live out Home Groom required on a small private estate.

Caring for 3 horses and 1 Shetland pony plus the care of the families three dogs when on site. The Groom will be sole charge and handle all aspects of the horses care, mucking out, admin, first aid etc. Hacking required and lunging / light schooling. Other staff members are on site. Would suit a candidate with proven horse care looking for a quieter, long term role.

PACKAGE: £30 – 35,000 /year dependent on experience. 5 days a week Monday – Friday. The core work is approx. 6 hours a day, potentially some hours at the weekend when the family are on site. Two bed cottage available for a long term groom.
